What is WrinkleHQ?
WrinkleHQ is the house over Clickflame, Shop Desk, RV Shop Desk, MechanicRank, T3CHS, Vyebe and Supercanic. Together they run the site, phone, quotes, invoices, follow up and reporting for local businesses.
What do you mean when you say you sell time?
The tools a business needs take years to build and wire together. We already built them and run them every day. You pay to get those hours back, not for us to learn.
Is it really set up in hours?
The setup is, because the pieces already exist. Most first days take a few hours after the first call. Rankings and reviews still take weeks, and we say so up front.
Which businesses is this for?
Local service businesses that live on the phone. Shop Desk is built for auto and RV repair. The site, phone, follow up and reporting fit most trades.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain is registered to you and the content is yours. If you leave, you take it with you.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Your written price spells out the terms before you say yes. We would rather keep you because it works than because you are locked in.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which avenues you need. After the first call you get a written price. Nothing is charged until you say yes, and the call is free.
What if I already have a website?
If it is fast and says the right things, we keep it and work on your profile, city pages and indexing. If it is slow or broken, we tell you why and what we would do.
What if I already use other software?
We work around tools that are working for you. If switching is not worth your time, we tell you on the first call.
What happens to my customers' data?
Your data is walled off in the database so only your business can see it. We never sell it, and card numbers never pass through our screens.
Is it safe to let AI answer my customers?
The AI works from rules you approve. It never quotes a price you did not approve, never diagnoses a problem and says it is helping your team, not pretending to be a person.
Who answers when the AI cannot?
Your team does. The AI sends an alert with the details, and anyone on your team can step into the same thread.
How fast will I see results?
Texts back, quotes and invoices work the same day. New pages get indexed in days. Rankings and reviews usually take weeks to move, and the weekly report shows where each one stands.
What are the free guides, and what does opting in mean?
The guides on our learn pages teach at least half of each topic for free. Opting in gets you the finishing pieces by email. We only email you about what you asked for, and you can stop any time.
Are the downloads free?
Yes. The downloads are checklists, templates and playbooks you can use right away. Leave your email and tick the box, and the PDF is yours. We may email you now and then about new guides, and you can unsubscribe any time.
