Where the Hours Go Today
Here is an example week for an owner who is also the IT department.
- Monday. The website shows a warning that a plugin needs an update. He clicks update. The contact form breaks.
- Tuesday. His hosting company raises the price. He does not know what he is paying for.
- Wednesday. A new hire needs an email address. Nobody remembers who set up the email or where the login is.
- Thursday. The site is slow on a phone. A customer says it would not load at all.
- Friday. The domain renewal notice goes to an old email address. He finds out when the site goes down.
None of these are hard on their own. They are just scattered across five logins, three companies and one person's memory.

What We Run Instead
Your site is served from Cloudflare's edge. The files sit close to every visitor, so pages load fast on a phone anywhere. There is no server for you to patch and no plugin for anyone to update.
If you use Shop Desk or another app we run, it lives on Railway with its data in Postgres. It updates without anyone installing anything on your computers. If an update goes wrong, there is a way back.
T3CHS, our hosting and IT brand, handles the rest. Domains, DNS, email setup, new user accounts, the renewal that nobody remembers. You have one place to ask and a person who answers.
We keep a written record of what is set up, where and why. If you ever need to know who controls your domain, the answer is written down, and it is you.
The Stack Underneath
Each piece has its own page:
- Edge hosting covers how your site is served from Cloudflare.
- Static site builds covers how your pages are made into plain files that are hard to break.
- App hosting on Railway covers where apps like Shop Desk run.
- Postgres and row level security covers how your data is kept apart from everyone else's.
- Automation and scheduling covers the jobs that run when nobody is watching.
This is not a stack we rent out and never touch. It runs our own network every day. When we raised 40 sites in that network to a 99 or 100 mobile PageSpeed score in one day, it was on this stack. The speed pass page shows what that took.

What T3CHS Handles Day to Day
T3CHS is the part you call when something small is in the way. Here is the kind of thing it takes off your plate:
- A new hire needs an email address and a login to the shop software.
- Someone left, and their access needs to be shut off today.
- The domain, the email plan or the security certificate is coming up for renewal.
- A form on the site stopped sending, and nobody knows since when.
- You want a second site for a new location or a new line of work.
Each request gets a plain answer about what will happen and when. If a fix touches something live, it follows the change rules below. If it is outside what we cover, we say so right away instead of letting it sit.
The goal is simple. You should not need to know where your DNS lives or what a certificate is. You should know who to ask, and get a straight answer.
How We Change Anything Live
Most outages at small businesses are not attacks. They are a change somebody made on a Friday. So every change to something live follows the same rules:
- Prove it is the live copy. Before we edit, we check that the thing we are editing is what is actually running.
- Write the undo first. Before the change ships, we write down how to take it back.
- Ship small. One change at a time, so if something breaks we know what did it.
- Check by using it. After the change, we load the page, submit the form or make the call. A deploy that says it worked is not proof.
- Write it down. What changed, when and why.
Our guide on how to deploy without breaking live shows the method.
What Switching It On Looks Like
- Hour 1. We list what you have. Domain, email, site, apps, and who holds each login.
- Hour 2. We move your site files onto edge hosting and test them on a preview address.
- Hour 3. We check your DNS and email records so mail keeps flowing when the site moves.
- Hour 4. We switch the domain over. We load every page and submit every form.
- Hour 5. We set up alerts for renewals, outages and failed forms.
- Hour 6. We hand you the written record of what is where and who controls it.
DNS changes can take a while to reach everyone. Most people see the new site within hours. A few may see the old one a little longer.
What We Will Not Promise
We will not promise that nothing ever goes down. Every host has bad days. What we promise is that we find out fast, we have an undo ready, and we tell you what happened in plain words.
We will not hold your domain hostage. It is registered to you. If you leave, it goes with you.
We will not fix hardware in person. T3CHS covers hosting, accounts and remote IT. For a broken printer, you still need someone on site.

Questions People Ask
Will my email break when you move my site?
No. We check your email records before we switch anything, and we test mail after the move.
Who owns my domain?
You do. It stays registered to you, and we write down who controls every login.
What is T3CHS?
T3CHS is our hosting and IT brand. It handles domains, email setup, accounts and everyday remote IT.
What happens if the site goes down?
We get an alert, roll back the last change if that was the cause, and tell you what happened in plain words.
