The First Day

How It Works

It starts with one call. Then we spend a few hours switching on what fits your business, and after that we keep it running. You get a written price after the call, and nothing is charged until you say yes.

Same six pieces.
Switched on in one day.

Hour 1: The Call

The first hour is a conversation. You tell us what you do, where you do it, and where the week goes. We ask about the phone, the quotes, the invoices, the reviews and the site.

We are listening for the avenues that cost you the most hours. There are 8 we work on: getting found, answering, quoting and booking, getting paid, following up, content and video, reporting and hosting and IT. Most businesses do not need all of them on day one.

By the end of the call, you know which ones we would switch on first, what we would leave alone, and why. After the call, you get a written price. Nothing is charged until you say yes.

Hours 2 to 6: Switching It On

Once you say yes, we get to work. Because the pieces already exist and already run every day, this is setup, not building. Here is how a typical first day runs:

  • Your site and profile. A fast site from our design library, your Google Business Profile filled in, city pages for the towns you serve.
  • Your phone line. Missed-call textback, text intake and call tracking, written in your words.
  • Your quotes and invoices. Shop Desk or the CRM set up with your rates, your team and your customers.
  • Your follow up. Thank you texts, review asks and reminders, all written and all switched off until you read them.
  • Your reporting. Search Console, GA4 and your phone line connected to one dashboard.

Before anything goes live, we test it the way a customer would. We call your number and miss it on purpose. We fill in the form. We send a quote to your phone and approve it. We pay a test invoice. We only call it done when each test did the right thing.

Some days are shorter and some are longer. We tell you which on the first call.

After That: Keeping It Running

Switching it on is the start. Keeping it running is the job.

  • We watch for things that fail quietly. A form that stops sending. A reminder that stops going out. A page that drops out of Google.
  • We send you a short weekly report in plain words. It says what worked, what did not and what we are doing next.
  • We keep adding what fits. More city pages. New articles. New walkthrough videos. Changes to the texts when you want them.
  • Every change to something live gets an undo written first, and gets tested after.

You can reach a person any time something looks wrong.

What We Need From You

Not much, but a few things only you can give us:

  • An hour for the first call. Nobody knows your business like you do.
  • Access. Logins to your domain, your Google profile and your phone line, or permission to set up new ones in your name.
  • Your words. Read the texts and pages we write. Tell us what sounds wrong.
  • Your rules. Your prices, your hours, and anything that should never be said to a customer.
  • Some patience with Google. Search and reviews move in weeks, not hours.

What Is Deliberately Not Automatic

Some things should always have a person behind them. We keep these out of the automatic path on purpose:

  • Prices. The AI never quotes a price you did not approve.
  • Diagnoses. The AI collects facts. It does not tell a customer what is wrong.
  • Upset customers. A complaint goes to a person with an alert, not to a bot.
  • New message drips. Every drip ships switched off. You read it and turn it on.
  • Money outcomes. We never tell a customer a payment went through unless the processor confirmed it.

How Pricing Works

We do not post prices, because every business needs a different mix. After the first call, you get a written price for exactly what we talked about. It says what is included and what is not.

Nothing is charged until you say yes. There is no charge for the call. If you want to start with one avenue and add more later, that works too.

Questions People Ask

Is it really done in hours?

The setup is, because the pieces already exist and run every day. Results like rankings and reviews still take weeks.

Do I need to be there for all six hours?

No. You need to be on the first call and read what we write. The rest we do while you work.

Is there a charge for the first call?

No. You get a written price after the call, and nothing is charged until you say yes.
