Where the Hours Go Today
Here is an example week for an owner who knows content matters.
- Monday. He sits down to write a blog post. He stares at the screen for an hour and writes two paragraphs.
- Tuesday. He pays for a pack of articles. They read like they were written by someone who has never been in his trade.
- Wednesday. A new hire needs to learn the booking screen. He walks her through it by hand for the third time this month.
- Thursday. He tries to film a how-to video on his phone. The audio is full of shop noise.
- Friday. The last post on his blog is from last spring.
Writing and filming take a kind of time most owners do not have. So the blog goes stale, the training stays in one person's head, and the same questions get answered by phone over and over.

What We Run Instead
Articles. Your site gets short articles on a steady schedule. Each one answers a question your customers ask, or explains news in your trade in plain words. A shop might get a post on a new recall or what a warning light means. A plumber might get one on what to do before a freeze.
Every article goes through a strict check before it goes live. It checks facts against sources, checks the reading level, and checks our house rules. An article that fails does not publish. It waits for a fix.
Videos. We make training and walkthrough videos from your real screens. A new hire can watch how to book a job. A customer can watch how to approve a quote. Each video has a clear voiceover and captions. No music. No one has to be on camera.
Videos go on your own site at full quality. We do not squeeze them down to fit a video platform's upload limits.
The Stack Underneath
Articles come from the same engine that runs our daily news desk. It finds topics, drafts in plain words, and runs every draft through a check that can say no. The same rule, check before it goes live, is behind our manuals library of 22 system manuals and 200 RV model manuals.
Videos come from our training film pipeline. The parts are on the video and voice pipeline page:
- Playwright drives the real screens and records them, so the video shows what the software actually does.
- ElevenLabs reads the script in one steady take. Numbers are written out as words so they are read right.
- Whisper listens back to the voiceover. We compare what it hears to the script and fix any word that came out wrong.
- Captions are built from the checked script.
Each new article goes into your sitemap and gets an IndexNow ping, the same as any other page. See search and indexing.
Want to try the video side yourself? Our guide on AI voiceover training video walks through it.

What the Writing Sounds Like
Most content for small businesses reads like it was written to fill a page. Ours is written to answer a question. Here are the rules every piece follows:
- Say what happens to a person, not what a feature is.
- Short words, short sentences, grade nine or lower.
- No hype words. No "in today's fast-paced world."
- If we do not know a fact, we leave it out. We do not guess.
- Every article ends by pointing to the next useful page.
You get to set what your articles never say. If you never talk about a competitor, or never give prices online, that goes into the rules and the check enforces it.
Our guide on grade nine copy shows the method in full.
What Switching It On Looks Like
- Hour 1. We talk. What do customers ask you most? What do new hires get wrong? What should never be said?
- Hour 2. We set your topics and rules and wire the article check to your site.
- Hour 3. We draft your first articles. You read them and tell us what sounds off.
- Hour 4. We pick the first walkthrough. We write the script with you.
- Hour 5. We record the screens and the voiceover and check the captions.
- Hour 6. The first articles and the first video go live on your site.
What We Will Not Promise
We will not promise traffic from articles in the first weeks. Content builds slowly. A good article can take months to find its readers.
We will not publish anything that fails the check just to hit a schedule. A missed day is better than a wrong post.
We will not film anything that is not true yet. If a screen is still being built, it does not go in a video.
We will not make you the writer. What we need from you is small. Tell us the questions you hear most. Flag anything we got wrong in the first few drafts. Give us a login to the screens you want filmed, with test data in place of real customers. After the first week, most owners only glance at the posts as they go up.
To see what all of this adds up to each week, go to reporting.
Questions People Ask
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Our walkthrough videos use your real screens with a voiceover and captions. Nobody has to film anything.
Who writes the articles?
Claude drafts them from our rules. Every draft goes through a strict check for facts, reading level and house rules before it can publish.
Will the videos be on YouTube?
Client videos go on your own site at full quality. That keeps them sharp and keeps them yours.
Can I approve articles before they go live?
Yes. You can review every article at first. Once you trust the check, you can let it publish on its own.
